Jennifer Lopez and Cameron Diaz Celebrate Motherhood at the "What To Expect When You're Expecting" Premiere

One leading lady has twins, the other says "I definitely should not have a baby," and both led the celebration of pregnancy and motherhood at the "What To Expect When You're Expecting" movie premiere at Grauman's Chinese Theatre on Monday, May 14. And while stars Jennifer Lopez and Cameron Diaz may be the main characters in the film based on the best-selling pregnancy advice book, along with Elizabeth Banks, Brooklyn Decker and Anna Kendrick, being together on the red carpet and at an earlier press conference to support the romantic comedy are the only times they have actually run into each other.

"None of us ever worked together!" Lopez admitted at the press conference with a laugh. But they were all smiles as the premiere stopped traffic on Hollywood Boulevard, as hordes of hollering fans watched breathlessly from across the street. Lopez and the others happily signed a few autographs, then greeted their male costars, including Rodrigo Santoro, Matthew Morrison, Ben Falcone, Joe Manganiello and Chace Crawford.

Each couple's story is told separately, which is why the women never worked on the flick at the same time. So the film follows Lopez and Santoro, Diaz and Morrison, Banks and Falcone, Kendrick and Crawford, and Decker and Dennis Quaid, who missed the shindig. Other cast members on hand included Wendi McLendon-Covey, Thomas Lennon, Whitney Port and Rebel Wilson, as well as director Kirk Jones and producer Mike Medavoy.

And perhaps the most appropriate star at the show was Melissa Joan Hart, whose baby bump is pretty obvious at this point. She's going to have her third child in a few months, so hopefully some of the birthing scenes in "What to Expect When You're Expecting" didn't scare her too badly, as she's been down this road before. As for Diaz, it didn't take making the movie to scare her off from pregnancy. That happened to her about 15 years ago.

"I saw my sister give birth, a C-section, when I was 24," the 39-year-old remembered with a shiver during the press conference. "There was like blood everywhere. My sister’s guts out on a platter. It was crazy. No one should see that! It changed my life."
Kanye West Reveals Big-Name Collaborators on 'Yeezus'

Daft Punk, Rick Rubin, Bon Iver's Justin Vernon, Chief Keef & more to be featured on 'Yeezus.'

Daft Punk is playing in Kanye’s house.
Kanye West’s hugely anticipated “Yeezus” promises to be some party, with the French electronic music masters tipped to appear alongside the likes of Chief Keef and Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon.
In fact, Chief Keef and Vernon are expected to appear on the same song -- a track entitled "Can't Handle My Liquor".
Word got out from a “Yeezus” listening session Monday night at New York’s Milk Studios. On the night, West confirmed that Daft Punk worked on three or four songs, and he shared a track that reworks TNGHT's "R U Ready" with Billie Holiday’s "Strange Fruit," Pitchfork reports.
West also revealed that Rick Rubin had executive-produced the album. "It was good for me to go to the god, Rick Rubin, and play him my shit, ask him questions, and allow him to take this project to an entirely new level, and he made a lot of great decisions at the end and pulled it to a whole new level," 'Yesaid after playing his album twice to those in attendance.
According to the AP, the album has a "dark, moody vibe that expands beyond his last two solo efforts," and it's a departure from his first three, hit-filled albums. "Yeezus" stands out from 'Ye's discography for it's sporadic and influenced by range of genres including reggae to dance.
"We didn’t give a fuck about what nobody said from the outside looking in. We just wanted to make the best product possible and this is just the beginning of an entire new mentality about how to make music," 'Ye contiuned.
Kanye West's friends Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Timbaland, Q-Tip and Busta Rhymes were in the house to hear the first spin of “Yeezus,” which is out June 18. "I wanna explain something about the title 'Yeezus,' simply put West was my slave name and Yeezus is my god name," he said.
The rapper tested a handful of new tracks during his 21-song Governors Ball set on Sunday night (June 9). He led with a new number, "Black Skinhead." Watch the footage below.

It is not a rumour, but reality. Some movie marketers are jostling to win the right to sell Afrocandy’s controversial “Destructive Instinct’ movie in Nigeria.

HVP gathered that some reputable marketers are already giving Afrocandy the headache in choosing who will eventually win the right to distribute her movie in the country. The film was premiered in America recently. Those who graced the premiere said, it was well attended.
Meanwhile, it is unclear if the censors board will pass the film for sale in Nigeria.

Vanguard has had no hands in the selection process except in compilation of votes which have been sent in. If truly beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, then the readers who have come up with these 25 remarkable men and women in Nollywood have got their task spot on.
As it was made clear from the beginning of the ‘quest’: every man and woman who acts in Nollywood has eligibility to be voted, with exception of only those stars who have been past winners of the quest.
It would be recalled that Genevieve Nnaji and Jim Iyke won the maiden edition in 2009 as the Sexiest Woman and Sexiest Man respectively. In 2010, the stakes got higher and we had several categories included in the ‘Quest’.  Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde and Desmond Elliot emerged the Sexiest man and woman respectively for 2010.
Other winners who emerged from the categories include Mercy Johnson, Chioma Chukwuka- Akpotha, Chidi Mokeme, Yemi Blaq, Nonso Diobi, RMD, Ini Edo, Emeka Ike and Chike Ike. All these people are not eligible to participate in this year’s edition.
Now the die is cast for 2013. Only your votes can decided who emerges as the Sexiest Man and Sexiest Woman in Nollywood 2013. From next Saturday the star that gets the list number of votes will be eliminated from the ‘Quest’. Keep voting!
